     Like it or not, the morning is a very important time for a healthy lifestyle and success. If you feel that the night is the best time to work, think again.

     Just imagine, if you wake up late in the morning, you will tend to rush to prepare everything before work. While the morning when you wake up, someone will have extra time to plan activities, breakfast, gym, and even read.

Here are 5 habits of success that you can do every day before 8 am:

1. Map your activity

In the morning an atmosphere that is free of interference, optimize your day by making the target and the list of tasks for the day. Write what you will do as well as the estimated time process. Do not forget to schedule a 10 minute break after a long meeting. By creating a list of activities, you will not miss any important agenda that you need to carry the day.

2. Breakfast

4. Visualize Your Day

Once your body feels fresh and ready to work, start to visualize your day's activities. What would you do from morning to evening, how do you do it, the achievement of what you will achieve that day, and how do you solve a variety of problems that might occur. This visualization will help you through your day full of activities.

5. The Most Heavy Duty Work

Earlier in the day, do the hardest tasks first. Why? Because you still have a fresh mind and a great energy. So it's the hardest job is finished, you just finish the job of light for the rest of your day. Fun, is not it?

Perhaps among you there is hard to wake up early. If yes, you can try some of these tips:

1. Wake up in the morning gradually

For example you usually wake up at 6, and want to learn to get up regularly at 4:30. Start by learning to get up at 5:45. The next day, get up at 5:30. And so on until you get up at 4:30. To do this, we need a strong intention, discipline, and consistent.

If you sleep more quickly, then you can get up early anyway. This is because the body is rested. If you do not feel sleepy, you can read on the bed to sleep.

3. Save your alarm away from the bed

If you put the alarm just next to your head, you will be very easy to turn it off when the alarm was sounded. Find fun things for you that you can enjoy during the morning. Can watch the sunrise, a cup of tea or coffee warm, had read a newspaper, enjoy breakfast without hurry, and so forth.
