1. When you come home from work, take the small streets
One of the most healthy way is easy, cheap and fun both for you and the family are the streets. Start stacking schedule for walks around your house for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week. Perform this activity when everyone had gone home or shortly after finishing dinner.

2.Dinner together
Family mealtime has many benefits for your children. Recent research shows that the more often a family meal together, children better emotionally, and healthier.

3.Having fun
Take 15 minutes every night to play with your kids. Focus on them, not on your smartphone or TV. If all your contacts with children just about watching TV, homework, homework child, and out of the house, you and your family will be bored, stressed and unhappy. Also remember to turn off the TV at least one hour before bedtime to help everyone more easily fall asleep.
