1. Breakfast

- Eat within 30 minutes after waking.
- The ideal time for breakfast is at 7 am.
- Slowest breakfast at 10 am.
- Make sure you include protein in your diet.

2. Lunch

- The ideal time for lunch is 12:45.
- Try and keep the gap to 4 hours between breakfast and lunch.
- Lunch at the latest at 4 pm.

3. Dinner

- The ideal time for dinner is before 7pm.
- You must keep the gap to 3 hours between dinner and bedtime.
- Dinner at the latest at 10 pm.
- Eating close to bedtime can interfere with sleep quality.
