Even take up to weeks to restore a sense of enthusiasm, creativity and motivation are lost because too tired to work. Whatever the obstacles, sometimes you do have to rest to raise your stamina.
Here are three signs to stop working while and rest:
1. Easy to anger and irritability
Sometimes you feel irritable and emotional for no apparent reason. Chronic stress can make you more irritable. In some extreme cases, the only way to get out of these conditions is to rest.
2. Weight loss is increased or decreased drastically
If you feel your weight fluctuate rapidly, it is a sign you're working too hard. Normally, your body weight in a day can only be reduced 1%.
While when under stress or too tired to work, you rarely realize how much or little food consumed.
If you are experiencing an increase or reduction in body weight drastically, the pressure in the office could be one reason. Make sure you rest and consult a doctor to heal.
3. The heart beats faster
Before going to bed, try to count your pulse. Many ways on the internet that you can use to find out if your heart rate is normal or not.
If the result shows your heart rate is growing rapidly from day to day, sleep is one way out to lower it. In severe conditions, we encourage you to take time off and stop working temporarily.
